  • Recognize all former LAHS students who served or are currently in the United States Military.
  • Educate Los Alamitos High School students about the high cost of freedom.

The Wall of Valor is a permanent display case at Los Alamitos High School that recognizes all former students who serve or have served in the U.S. Military. The Wall of Valor was started as a community service project by Megan Boyd, Class of 2011, as a part of her Girl Scout Gold Award.

Ms. Leticia Lamas, LAHS Campus Supervisor, now maintains the Wall of Valor to honor the memory of her nephew, PFC, Gabriel J. Figueroa, U.S. Army Combat Medic, who was killed in Iraq in 2007 .  Please contact Mrs. Spiratos at kspiratos@losal.org if you have any questions.
